    Does anyone out there know of a Bio or have such information about Gerald Burakoff and William E. Hettrick, the authors of “The Sweet Pipes Recorder Book”? I want to reference them in a project I’m working on, and the publisher hasn’t responded to an email inquiry I sent. Any help would be appreciated. (Attaching a cover shot)
