I would welcome advice on drying the head joint of a (wood) knick bass. I close the lower end and blow through the window, but I’m concerned that enough moisture remains in the head to eventually cause mold. Sometimes I push a silk cloth up past the bend and try to twist it, but is there any specific tool or technique that is meant to dry the head effectively? Thank you.

Once you return home (assuming that you are out and about), just open up the case for an hour or so (longer if your humidity is high).
