Hi there guys!
Quick question – my partner and I are both learning the recorder and I am looking for a particular educational piece purely for fun! It’s called Chinese Garden and is a piece my partner learned when he was taught the descant Recorder in primary school (20 years ago). He thought it was in the John Pitts ‘Recorder from the Beginning’ series but I can’t find it in books 1, 2 or 3.
Does anybody know where I might find it? I appreciate it’s probably a common title…
I am sure this is no longer useful to you, but in case others are interested. MuseScore has a version for solo bamboo flute (https://musescore.com/user/25137896/scores/10832854) which you can play on a F recorder (e.g. alto recorder) and you could use the open source MuseScore software to transpose it down a fourth for a C (e.g. soprano) recorder.
