I am sure this is no longer useful to you, but in case others are interested. MuseScore has a version for solo bamboo flute (https://musescore.com/user/25137896/scores/10832854) which you can play on a F recorder (e.g. alto recorder) and you could use the open source MuseScore software to transpose it down a fourth for a C (e.g. soprano) recorder.
