Does anyone have any suggestions for securing a bass recorder mouthpiece that keeps falling off? Earlier this year I bought a Mollenhauer Denner Basset (which I absolutely love). Ever since it arrived both ends of the bocal have been very loose. I have recently found that violin peg paste is a good solution for securing the end that goes into the cap. However, this hasn’t helped on the end that goes into mouthpiece which continues to fall off if I am not careful. I am thinking about wrapping some tape around the end of the bocal but was wondering whether anyone had any other possible solutions to this problem. Thanks!
