Hallo, I would probably prefer Moeck. I think that finger stretch is similar, probably Mollenhauer is longher. Intonation is never perfect but usually seems that Moeck is better. Probably Mollenhauer have stronger sound but I prefer Moeck usually. The better thing is to try them.
At least once (before the pandemic) there were fairs of ancient instruments where it was possible to try out many different recorders. A very nice one was in Vienna in early February.
